The inspection services SOIVRE of territorial offices and provincial Trade physical verifications shall control and the documentary of specimens of CITES species and/or their parts and derivatives, as well as the specimens of CITES species customs may deem necessary.

The application of these checks are carried out by the inspection of Species Subject to Control (DIESAC). This application may be realized on-line, via the headquarters of the ministry of state for trade, or physical form, in the case of natural persons, by filling in the relevant form.

Likewise, in the notifications of Imports as statements to the customs which do not require any prior authorization, may be submitted in line, via the headquarters of the ministry of state for trade, or, física. in the case of natural persons, by filling in the relevant form.
