Application procedure

Likewise, a claim may be initiated in the event that the period of twenty business days has passed without having obtained a response.

The claim can be presented through any of the options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations

Claims must be sent to the General Subdirectorate of Information and Communications Technologies of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism as the Unit Responsible for Accessibility of this Ministry, or, if the claim It is due to an action by said unit, to its hierarchical superior.
